  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Mia Bella Couture ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, and Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Order Cancellation:

    Instock Items:

    All instock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Although, you may be able to place some items in your shopping cart that does not guarentee the item is always instock. Please provide us with a wear date so we may confirm the availability of your order.


    Back Ordered Items:

    Unfortunately sellouts do occur. in this event, you will be notified of expected ship date via email. You are never charged until your oder has been shipped.

  • Sales taxes are based on 7.75% (Del Mar, CA) for all customers purchasing within Califorinia.

  • Mia Bella Couture reserves the right to change its return/exchange procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Returns/Refunds:

    For all on-line purchases of Formal/Prom dresses, cocktail dresses, and evening dresses, they are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABEL.

    On Line Orders Eligable for Return/Exchange:

    Mia Bella Couture offers store credits on purchases (valid for a 1-year period) with the exception of the following items which are NOT returnable:

    -Bridal Gowns

    -Items Marked "Final Sale"

    -Shoes

    -Jewelry

    -Undergarments

    -Items purchased using a store credit from a previous return

    We do not offer refunds and the conditions below must be met to process your return request:

    You must e-mail us at miabella@miabellacouture.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and request a Return Authorization number. The subject must read RA Request. You must state the reason for your return in the message.

    Your request will be reviewed and, if valid, you will be issued a Return Authorization number.

    The merchandise must be mailed back within 3 days of receiving your Return Authorization number. *Please write your RA number on the outside of the box.

    The merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with all tags, hangers and receipts enclosed.

    It is strongly suggested that you use UPS or Federal Express and ship your parcel fully insured. The United States Postal Service (Post Office) doesn't provide a point to point tracking service and is not recommended. *We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your returned shipment.

    Upon receipt we will carefully inspect the merchandise for signs of wear to include: tears, snags, stains and odors. If the merchandise is damaged in any way it will be sent back at the buyers expense and we will not be able to provide store credit.

    If the merchandise is received in new condition (as when shipped) we will provide a store credit for the amount of the item being returned less a $35.00 return fee per dress. If you need a more expedited method of shipment, please contact us for an express shipping price quote.

    Store credits are valid for a period of one year from your original date of purchase. We will provide your store credit code via email. To redeem your store credit simply use the code at checkout when purchasing your new item.

    Items purchased using a store credit are not returnable, meaning that once you receive your replacement item(s), it cannot be returned.

    Any items sent back without a RA number will be sent back at the buyers expense.

    All special orders placed in-store with one of our custmer service representatives are eligible for FREE RETURNS!

    Advantages include: Accurate sizing, knowledge of the dress fit, and free shipping.

    Restrictions to Free in-store Returns: Orders must be paid for in-full prior to ordering, sizing must be taken by one of our consultants, and dress must not leave the store. Returns are only valid within 14 days of Mia Bella Couture receiving the dress.

    Bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, shoes, all sale items, and under garment styles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

    All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Final sale and non-returnable merchandise has a strict no return and no exchange policy.

    Damaged items

    Items that are damaged must be reported to Mia Bella Couture LLC within 3 days of receiving your order. Items that may have been damaged during shipping are to be reported to the shipping carrier (ex: FedEx, US Postal Service, UPS). Mia Bella Couture LLC does not warranty item once it has been worn or used. Any misfunction or damage to an item after it has been worn should be resolved with the manufacturing company and not Mia Bella Couture LLC.

  • Ordering:

    Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification e-mail with a tracking number and the expected date of delivery.

    Availability:

    Unfortunately sellouts do occur. If you order an item that is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you of the situation via e-mail. If you order more than one item, you may receive your items individually. We ship items according to their availability. Therefore, if you order an item that ships the same business day and an item that ships within 3-5 business days, we will ship you these items individually. Please note that your credit card will be charged as we ship your items. You will not be charged for items that are not available.
